Austrialia-based Clough has also requested to be taken off the list of companies on the main board of the Australian bourse.

Murray & Roberts has capacities in design, engineering and other construction expertise.

It has experience in major projects, including the construction of South Africa’s only high-speed train, Gautrain, the construction of the Green Point Stadium for 2010 Soccer World Cup and the building of the Dubai Airport.
